General List of Release Agents
Mold Releases are used to aid in the release of a part when casting from a mold made of rubber, hard plastic or metal. They also make great Parting Agents used to separate a mold from a master pattern during the moldmaking process. Note: Some releases can leave residue on finished parts that must be cleaned off before any finishing.
CM RELEASE: High Solids, Non-Hazardous Paraffin Based Mold Release for Cement parts from Urethane and Latex Rubber molds. Spray into molds just before casting. (Available in 1 and 5 gallons)
E-35: Water Based Silicone Mold Release used in warm or hot tools when molding Organic Rubber parts.

E-60: High Solids, Water Based Silicone Mold Release and Water Proofing Agent for Organic Rubbers, Leather, Injection Plastic, and Vinyl. Can be extended with water. (Available 1 and 5 gallons)
ER-2300: General Purpose Mold Release when casting Epoxy, Urethane and Polyester Resin parts. Since it transfers to part’s surface, castings need cleaning before finishing. This release also helps to extend the mold life of Silicone RTV molds by lubricating the mold’s surface. It’s also an excellent Parting Agent when making Urethane Rubber Molds.

MC #14 Pre-Mix: Silicone/Solvent Based Release in used to maximize mold life. Sprayed only once at the end of each day and allowed to overnight dry. Does not Transfer to parts. (Available gallon sizes for Local Pick-up and MC #14 a/b Concentrate for UPS shipping)
MOLD MASTER SOLUTION: Used to aid Light Cure Inhibition when using Platinum Silicone RTV. Brushed or sprayed onto model’s surface and allowed to dry for 10-15 minutes just before pouring RTV. (Pint, quart, gallon available)
MR-150: Parting Agent used to aid in the de-molding of Silicone and Urethane RTV Molds from Porous Masters made of wood, plaster, or stone. **Use when making Multi-Part Silicone Molds. (Available Aerosol can, 1 and 5 gallon)
MR-150-50: Thick, Brush- On Parting Agent for Heavily Porous Surfaces. Use like MR-150. (Available 1 and 5 gallon)
MS-122AD: Teflon Mold Release for Epoxy, Urethane, Silicone, Polyester, and Thermoset Plastics. This release does not transfer to the casted part under normal conditions. (Available Aerosol cans only)
PARTALL FILM #10: Polyvinyl Alcohol Release (PVA) coating for Fiberglass and Epoxy parts in Hard Tooling. Dries to a thin paper like film barrier and washes off with hot soapy water. **Used in conjunction with Paste Wax #2. (Available pint, quart, 1 and 5 gallon)
PASTE WAX RELEASES: Available for General Purpose (PARTALL Paste #2) or High Temperature 350F (PARTALL High Temp) applications.
R-80: Wax Based Solvent blend formulated for Urethane Foam parts in Hard or Soft Tooling, impoving skin quality. Apply to mold’s surface before each casting. **For Plaster Molds, seal mold with several coats of paste wax - first, then apply R-80 and allow drying 10-15 minutes. (Available pint, quart, 1 and 5gallon)
R-100-50: Water Based Mold Release used in Urethane RTV Rubber Molds when casting Cement products. Dilute 1 part release with 5-7 parts of water. (Available 1 and 5 gallon)
R-101: Silicone Resin 100% solids can be diluted with I.P.A for an excellent Mold Release when casting Urethane parts from Hard or Soft Tools. (Available pint, quart, 1 and 5 gallon)
